Fulvia Coupe 1.3 Rallye

This is my Fulvia Coupe. It's a rallye version from 1968. It is imported in 1996 from Italy to the Netherlands, where I bought it in August 2002.

The bonnet is of aluminum, the rest of steel. The parts that are not original anymore:
  • The doors are from a second series.
  • It has rally chairs from the sixties/seventies
  • It has a racing-steer from that period
  • The exhaust is just a bit wider then standard
  • It has racing-cups instead of the standard air-inlet
The extra tools that will be fitted for classic rally are:
  • A twin master (Gti rally twinmaster)
  • Compass (Silva)
  • A snake light for map-reading
  • 4-point belts
  • Fire extinguisher
The season for classic rallies is coming near! What have we done during the winter?
  • Installing 4 point belts
  • Installing compass
  • Installing GTI rally twin master
  • Checking the engine (as a result, one of the camshafts has been replaced)
  • And of course a lot of driving!

The car is running better then ever, since the camshaft has been replaced. From a nice driving car with excellent driveability, it is now a fast car with excellent driveability! From enjoying the car, I am now addicted to driving it!
